💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy, UX, and design for a platform connecting world-class experts to frontier AI research. You will drive the product from ~$1M to $100M+ ARR, owning expert and customer-facing surfaces. This role blends product craftsmanship with deep technical fluency at a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive end-to-end product vision and UX
• Lead product management and design teams
• Design expert onboarding, vetting, and work interfaces
• Partner with Research and Applied AI for ML integrations

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product or design leadership at high-growth tech companies
• Experience scaling products from 0→1 and 1→100
• Deep aesthetic sensibility and user empathy
• Comfortable with data systems, ML workflows, and APIs

• Experience building expert networks or marketplaces
• Prior entrepreneurial or founding experience
