Description

You will lead client relationships and drive business development in the Education market, focusing on building strategic long-term partnerships and delivering successful project outcomes. You'll mentor teams and champion living-centered design to help people flourish.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Education market, preferably A/E/I industry
• Bachelor degree in relevant field
• Current licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred
• Proven client leadership with multiple client relationships
• Experience developing new business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships within the Education market
• Develop new net signed fee opportunities with target and existing clients
• Lead and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Drive top line growth with a personal goal of $2M per year in net signed fees
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance firm's integrated services
