Description
You will own the development and evolution of NinjaTrader's enterprise-grade design system, defining architectural direction and technical strategy for a shared frontend platform that serves multiple product teams in a high-availability trading environment.
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced in design systems engineering
- Experience in regulated, high-availability environments
- Ability to shape long-term evolution of design systems function
- Strong technical ownership and decision-making capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve the design system including UI components, patterns, tokens, and documentation
- Define system standards, architectural direction, and long-term technical strategy
- Mentor future contributors and team members
- Serve as technical owner with decision-making authority for the design system as a shared frontend platform
