🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops to guide customers on platform best practices
• Develop data strategies to track KPIs and business outcomes
• Present strategic recommendations to customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to mitigate risks

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in professional services or SaaS customer success
• Experience building business cases and ROI models
• Operational knowledge of internal communication platforms like M365

• Experience with HRIS or employee engagement platforms
• Experience in organizations with $100M+ ARR
