You'll design and optimize video playback experiences for millions of users across desktop, mobile, and Smart TV web platforms. Your work will directly impact startup time, buffering, and engagement for our Player team. This role offers ownership of complex front-end systems in a high-scale streaming environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design complex front-end systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Optimize web applications for Core Web Vitals and playback performance
• Ensure seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and Smart TV browsers
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and best practices

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years professional experience in modern web development
• Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, React/Next.js, and CSS-in-JS
• Deep hands-on experience with HTML5 video players (Shaka, HLS.js, Video.js)
• Expert knowledge of HLS and MPEG-DASH protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Smart TV platforms (Tizen, webOS, VIDAA)
• Knowledge of DRM and secure media playback
