You'll help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed in community employment settings as a Job Coach for Hope Services. You'll provide individualized training and support at job sites to ensure long-term success. • Provide on-site job training and support to clients
• Act as a liaison between clients and employers
• Complete documentation and individualized service plans
• Conduct task analysis and time studies for wage evaluations

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record
