🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop software engineering teams, promoting technical culture.
• Coordinate delivery planning, aligning deadlines, scope, and quality.
• Act as connection point between technical teams and business/product areas.
• Participate in architecture definition, ensuring best practices in design and security.

📋 Requirements

• Experience as tech lead or coordinator of software development teams.
• Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, Git, and DevOps culture.
• Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Datadog).
• AWS certifications or similar.
• Experience with credit and regulatory software.
