Description

You will deploy and drive adoption of Anduril's ProductionOS manufacturing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Software Engineering, UX Design, or related field
• Proven experience in digital manufacturing with MES, ERP, PLM systems
• Strong user empathy and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to understand production line operations and conceptualize solutions with leadership
• Excellent communication, cross-functional project leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement novel manufacturing software strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing software roadmap with business objectives
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep processes cutting-edge
• Drive adoption of manufacturing software solutions and own user-developer feedback loop
• Create and maintain documentation of manufacturing software standard instructions and best practices
