💼 About This Role
You'll configure and implement changes in customer support platforms and AI tools, administering users, macros, automation rules, and dashboards. You'll coordinate projects with related teams to ensure efficient execution and provide leadership for operational excellence. You'll also perform root cause analysis to deliver customer feedback and trends across the organization.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Main contact with customer support platform vendors
- Configure support channels, agent groups, automation and routing rules
- Define and prepare reports on support metrics
- Train and test AI tools for customer support
📋 Requirements
- Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
- Experience with AI tools
- Strong Excel/Spreadsheet skills
- Experience with scripting or automation tools

- IT Engineering degree
- Understanding large customer support organizational structures
