📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams of 6-8+ engineers.
• Experience managing and upleveling senior individual contributors.
• Track record of guiding product and technical strategy.
• Experience driving engineering-wide initiatives like recruiting processes or career frameworks.
