You'll lead a high-impact team owning revenue operations, marketing ops, enablement, and deal desk at a leading enterprise SEO platform trusted by brands like Microsoft and Visa. You'll design commission plans, territories, and capacity models that directly scale the go-to-market engine. This role offers direct visibility to C-suite and the chance to shape strategy in a collaborative, 400+ person global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of ~15 across RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk.
  • Own Salesforce and revenue reporting to provide C-suite with actionable insights.
  • Design commission plans, territories, and capacity models that drive performance.
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to align priorities and execution.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • 3+ years leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise.
  • Experience with sales compensation, territory design, forecasting, and pipeline management.
