💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute automotive reliability and EMC validation strategies for LiDAR systems. You'll own DV/PV test plans and drive cross-functional failure analysis. This role offers direct impact on OEM customer programs and third-party lab coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own automotive reliability and qualification strategy for LiDAR systems
• Define and execute DV/PV test plans per ISO 16750 and IEC 60068
• Lead environmental testing including thermal cycling, vibration, and corrosion
• Drive EMC compliance testing per CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years automotive hardware validation experience
• Demonstrated ownership of DV/PV testing for automotive electronics
• Working knowledge of ISO 16750, CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637
• Experience supporting OEM technical reviews or audits

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ADAS sensors like LiDAR, radar, or camera
• Prior experience at OEM or Tier-1 automotive supplier
• Familiarity with DFMEA and robustness validation
