🎯 What You'll Do

• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to customers
• Achieve monthly non-digital insurance sales targets
• Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution
• Facilitate insurance applications and policy changes
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage
• CMFAS certifications: BCP, PGI, M5, M9, M9A, HI
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Certificate in Life Insurance (M5, M9, M9A, HI) and ComGI
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in customer service
