Description

You will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting, assisting with daily activities such as household chores, meal preparation, recreational and learning activities, and physical fitness. You will help them build life skills and provide transportation to community activities, representing their needs and interests.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; experience using Therap is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance required, with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Access to reliable transportation required; may need to use personal vehicle to transport supported individuals.

Responsibilities
