💼 About This Role

You'll identify cosmetic imperfections on vehicles before and after the paint process. You'll be part of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers ensuring cars are in first-rate condition. Entry-level role with full training provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify cosmetic imperfections pre-reconditioning and post-paint
• Perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools safely
• Use safety equipment as required

📋 Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment
• Pass a background check
