💼 About This Role

You'll lead product execution for Playlab, a tech non-profit enabling educators to build custom AI apps. You'll own the product roadmap, drive strategy refinement, and shape product processes for a growing team. Work directly with CTO, engineering, ML, design, and partnerships to ship features that expand AI capabilities in education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize ruthlessly
• Write detailed specs and work with design and engineering to ship
• De-risk builds by breaking work into meaningful increments
• Engage directly with users to gather feedback and inform decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth environment
• Led product for AI-powered or technically complex products
• Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in edtech or K-12/higher ed
• Background on platforms where users build things
• Experience with responsible AI or trust & safety product work
