You'll lead a high-velocity sales team at Collective, a platform empowering self-employed individuals. You'll coach reps and drive pipeline management to help small businesses achieve financial independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-sell with reps to lead from the front.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Own team pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Partner with Marketing on outbound strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in sales with 4+ years direct management of high-velocity teams.
• Record of exceeding targets as both IC and manager.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance sales efficiency.
• Strong followership and references from direct reports.
