💼 About This Role

You'll work in Picnic's new Fulfilment Center with cutting-edge intralogistics systems from top brands like Apollo and Qimarox. You'll ensure tens of thousands of customer orders reach families on time every day. You'll coach junior colleagues and take responsibility for system maintenance in a 5-shift rotation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in technical systems
• Collaborate with machine suppliers to resolve complex technical issues
• Analyze recurring issues and implement structural improvements to prevent breakdowns
• Plan and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for maximum uptime
• Initiate and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Technical degree at MBO level 3 or higher
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance position
• Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems including measuring and camera systems
• Interest in working with CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA software systems

✨ Nice to Have

• VCA training and NEN 3140 certification are a plus
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
