Description

You will design and scale Contentful's global Creator ecosystem, defining the multi-year strategy and building systems that empower practitioners to share expertise and accelerate customer activation. You'll own end-to-end program execution, drive digital community engagement, and collaborate across teams to ensure Creator contributions improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience designing and scaling community or creator programs
• Strategic thinking with hands-on program execution skills
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with credentialing and recognition frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop and own multi-year Creator Program strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Lead end-to-end execution of Creator Program including onboarding, enablement, and recognition systems
• Design and run digital community programs for technical and non-technical users
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Advocacy to integrate recognition and develop Creators as advocates
• Define and track Creator Program KPIs such as activation, retention, and community engagement
