You'll support the store leadership team in cultivating an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You'll drive sales, provide product knowledge, and assist with stock management. This part-time role offers competitive hourly compensation and free boots.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and drive sales on the sales floor
• Receive shipment and prepare product for floor placement
• Maintain an organized stockroom and lead restock process
• Assist with cycle counts and loss prevention tasks

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30lbs regularly
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
