You'll lead technical accounting for the company's first external audit and S-1 preparation, ensuring GAAP compliance and public-market readiness. You'll work with the CAO to optimize workflows using AI tools and build scalable accounting policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Oversee external audit process and manage advisors
• Establish workflows, controls, and reporting standards

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting or financial reporting experience
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch
