You'll draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements for pharma and life sciences clients, including CTAs, MSAs, and licensing deals. Your work will support global clinical trials and cross-border collaborations, partnering closely with business development and licensing teams. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time arrangements with a top alternative legal services platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate CTAs, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and consulting agreements
• Provide legal support for global transactions and cross-border collaborations
• Advise on and support engagements with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Handle R&D legal work including pre-clinical and sponsored research agreements

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health system sectors
• Demonstrated experience in global transactional work, working with CROs, or R&D legal work

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with intellectual property transactions in life sciences
• Experience supporting licensing, collaboration, and research agreements
