💼 About This Role

You'll lead power distribution design for major projects as part of PRIME Electric, a top Bay Area electrical contractor. You'll develop permits and construction documents that comply with all current codes and engineering standards. This role offers the chance to work on complex electrical systems across multiple project phases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design power distribution systems from utility service to building loads.
• Create single line diagrams, panel schedules, and lighting designs.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical trades.
• Conduct voltage drop, load, and fault studies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 7-10 years experience in electrical systems design
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• Expert knowledge of NEC and building codes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of sustainable design and LEED
