Description

You will own the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) initiative, making Celigo's automation platform human-centered by enabling workflows to pause, hand off tasks to users for judgment or approval, and seamlessly resume. You'll balance the needs of Builders configuring complex HITL steps and Business Users completing tasks in their preferred tools, guiding your team from discovery through delivery.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience driving platform or workflow features
• Experience with AI/automation platforms and human-centric design
• Strong ability to define stateful workflow logic (TTL, escalation, triggers, validation)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience with UX research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping

Responsibilities

• Drive HITL product strategy aligned with Agentic AI objectives
• Own full lifecycle of HITL features: define pause/resume logic, data mapping, validation
• Develop detailed PRDs and user stories for visual form builder, task routing, inbox experiences
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Research, Content Strategy
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on process orchestration and human-in-the-loop trends
