You will produce battery materials and assemble cells to support the development of silicon solid-state batteries. Your work involves hands-on tasks in a fast-paced lab and pilot line facility, contributing to a team dedicated to transforming energy storage.

Requirements

• 3+ years lab or manufacturing experience
• Powder process, roll-to-roll, or slurry mixing experience
• Battery cell assembly experience
• Glovebox/dry room experience
• Strong documentation and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce battery components and assemble cells for testing
• Operate glove box and pilot scale manufacturing equipment
• Characterize materials using analytical instruments
• Maintain lab organization and cleanliness
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations
