๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the enablement strategy for a B2B SaaS startup building the leading commercial trade platform. You'll define how we equip revenue, customer success, and AI teams with tools, training, and strategic partnership to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role offers ownership of the BuildOps Academy and a chance to embed AI into enablement workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap with senior leaders.
- Lead BuildOps Academy strategy to reduce implementation time-to-value.
- Manage a team of enablement managers and analysts.
- Own LMS (Docebo) as source of truth for enablement content.
- Embed AI into enablement content creation, personalization, and measurement.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement or learning development.
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with an LMS (Docebo strongly preferred).
