🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve end-to-end technical architecture across backend, infrastructure, and product surfaces
• Contribute production-grade code to critical services and shared libraries
• Lead cross-pod technical alignment and design reviews
• Mentor engineers and guide development of future tech leads

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or staff/principal engineer role
• Deep hands-on expertise with Rust, Go, and TypeScript/Next.js
• Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and distributed systems
