💼 About This Role

You'll drive Apex's growth by compiling compelling proposals across US Government, Commercial, and International markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll transform complex technical concepts into persuasive proposals and own the entire proposal lifecycle from RFI to delivery. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing startup with a mission to provide access to space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Author responses to RFIs, RFPs, and new business opportunities.
• Oversee the proposal lifecycle and deliver complete proposals.
• Translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Create persuasive content showcasing product strengths.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience writing proposals for US government or aerospace & defense.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized approach.
• Strong writing and editing skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets.
• Active TS or TS/SCI clearance.
