💼 About This Role

You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, to generate leads for SaaS products serving first responders. Your outbound prospecting will directly fuel our sales pipeline and drive attendance for key events. This role offers remote flexibility and growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate leads via HubSpot, cold calls, and email.
• Identify prospect needs and qualify them as sales opportunities.
• Set meetings for sales executives and drive webinar attendance.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in CRM system.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales Development Representative experience in SaaS.
• Proven track record of exceeding lead targets and quotas.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and email.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• First responder experience or familiarity with their operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
