You will bridge business needs and technical solutions for a federal data science platform. Your work involves requirements analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making to support IT modernization.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Active Secret security clearance
• 2+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical team
• Analyze and model business processes for improvement
• Develop project documentation including BRDs, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Support project manager in defining scope, goals, and deliverables
