Description

As a Senior Manager – ERP Supply Chain, you will lead the plan, design, and development of Oracle Fusion and supporting systems for supply chain. You'll manage a small team, collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory, warehouse, and retail systems, and ensure successful ERP lifecycle implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of ERP experience with increasing Functional and Technical responsibilities
• 5+ years of experience leading teams
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Supply Chain (Direct purchasing, Inventory, Retail sales)
• Experience with full life cycle implementations of ERP
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team and serve as Functional/Technical Lead on Supply Chain (Direct purchasing, Inventory Management, Retail sales)
• Lead ERP lifecycle implementations using Oracle Fusion with Retail
• Engage in discovery, architecture, solution design, and hands-on development
• Work with cross-functional teams managing Inventory Planning, WMS, OMS, and Finance
• Participate in project management activities including estimating, developing, and monitoring project plans
