You'll join the AI Sales Enablement team at ShareGate, a leading Microsoft 365 migration and governance platform. You'll build scalable systems and assets that empower reps to handle technical conversations independently, while directly driving deals to close as a technical co-closer. This role redefines technical sales from reactive support to proactive leverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical onboarding and enablement to reduce rep ramp time.
• Deliver high-impact demos that become internal standards.
• Drive deal closure by reinforcing value and navigating technical gaps.
• Build reusable assets and AI workflows to scale technical leverage.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 platform (governance, migration, or adjacent).
• Strong demo craft as a disciplined skill.
• Builder mindset: reach for systems and AI workflows that scale knowledge.

• High business acumen with a track record of influencing deals.
• Bilingual French/English is a strong asset.
