Description

You will drive revenue growth within our existing customer base in Singapore through proactive selling, including cross-sell and migration expansions. Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close with high autonomy.

Requirements

  • Ability to be a true commercial owner, not just a relationship manager
  • Strong hunter mindset with bias towards action
  • Experience in SDR, BDR, or Junior AE role with ambition for full-cycle deals
  • Confidence creating demand and initiating commercial conversations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and close opportunities within existing customer base, including migrations and cross-sell
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach and discovery
  • Engage new stakeholders to position Lucanet's platform value
  • Drive customer migration from on-prem to cloud
  • Lead pricing discussions and handle objections
