You'll own design for Core Workflows and User Engagement squads at Maybern, creating elegant solutions for complex fund management software. You'll build a UX vision and lead discovery to drive returns for private fund managers. Backed by top VCs with a strong NYC in-office culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with Core Workflows and User Engagement squads to create design solutions.
• Define a modern UX vision for the product with another designer.
• Lead discovery and research to deeply understand user needs.
• Evolve and expand the design system with new patterns and components.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of design experience on a complex B2B product.
• Portfolio reflecting strengths in UX and aesthetic design.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping.
• Ability to plan long-term while navigating short-term tradeoffs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualizations, task management, and notifications.
• Experience designing 0-to-1 features.
• Knowledge of private fund management domain.
