💼 About This Role

As a Payment Operations Engineer, you'll build Caliza's first customer support desk and lead all direct communications with customers. You'll own the end-to-end payment process, ensuring a seamless experience for B2B cross-border payments. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction and growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for all customer payment questions
• Investigate and resolve payment problems end-to-end
• Escalate and coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Compliance, or Product
• Manage customer tickets using Zendesk and/or HubSpot

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with B2B cross-border payments
• Proficiency in client-facing high-trust relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English
• Experience using CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to crypto or stablecoins
• Familiarity with KYB, KYC, AML or compliance workflows
• Experience supporting global customers across time zones
