💼 About This Role

You'll design, operate, and evolve the multi-cloud platform powering Gong's production environment. Your work directly impacts every engineer at Gong and the resilience of customer experience. You'll have autonomy to challenge existing architecture and drive meaningful changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform via Crossplane, Helm, ArgoCD
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows
• Monitor and alert across stack (Datadog, Coralogix, Sentry, Wiz)
• Drive platform and security upgrades without impacting live tenants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with deep AWS experience
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm in production
• Fluent in IaC and GitOps (Terraform, ArgoCD) and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Solid grasp of cloud security and architecture best practices

• Experience with big-data infrastructure
• Experience with Java/JVM services
• Multi-cloud (GCP/Azure) experience
