🎯 What You'll Do
- Own customer relationships after deal close to drive adoption and health
- Lead onboarding and success planning with cross-functional teams
- Run recurring calls to track progress and remove blockers
- Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing role
- Experience owning enterprise/mid-market customer relationships from onboarding to renewal
- Track record of driving adoption and managing account health
- Comfortable discussing deployments, integrations, and cloud environments
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in data security, cloud security, privacy, or governance
- Familiarity with modern SaaS tooling like CRM and project trackers
