🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships after deal close to drive adoption and health
  • Lead onboarding and success planning with cross-functional teams
  • Run recurring calls to track progress and remove blockers
  • Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience owning enterprise/mid-market customer relationships from onboarding to renewal
  • Track record of driving adoption and managing account health
  • Comfortable discussing deployments, integrations, and cloud environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in data security, cloud security, privacy, or governance
  • Familiarity with modern SaaS tooling like CRM and project trackers
