💼 About This Role

You'll assist clients in designing, implementing, and evaluating safety programs, conducting workplace inspections, and supporting hazardous waste management. You'll work onsite at a client site in Connecticut, helping to safeguard employees and the environment. This role offers tons of safety training and opportunities for certifications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support hazardous waste and regulated medical waste programs including waste handling and record keeping.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and evaluate personal protective equipment use.
• Participate in safety inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Assist in accident investigations and write required reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related scientific field.
• 1+ years experience in an EHS capacity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without future sponsorship.

✨ Nice to Have

• Completed two or more industry-recognized trainings (OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, etc.).
• Active member in a national professional safety organization.
• Working towards a professional certification (CSP, CHMM, CIH).
