Description

You'll lead a high-performing sales team while personally producing in the field, driving growth and expanding market presence for a top roofing contractor. You'll have full support from leaders and back-office staff to develop your territory.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams
• Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales
• Experience with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
• Winning attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in the field (door-to-door, networking, referrals)
• Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence using retail and insurance-focused sales
• Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
• Work with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure seamless onboarding and support
• Maintain high standards for client satisfaction
