💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate workplace operations, administer CMMS platforms, and support construction documentation in a fast-paced satellite manufacturing environment. You'll ensure operational discipline and documentation integrity, enabling facilities leadership to focus on strategy. This role offers exposure to small project management as a growth pathway.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee facilities service requests from intake to closure.
• Administer CMMS platform including work orders and asset records.
• Generate weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
• Assist in preparation and distribution of RFQ packages.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in facilities coordination or related roles.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and facilities workflow systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document control practices.
