💼 About This Role

You'll join the Starlink Customer Support team as the face of the service, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience. You'll triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while analyzing trends to improve support interventions. This role offers a chance to shape early-stage support for a revolutionary satellite constellation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and resolve customer issues across digital and voice channels
• Advocate internally for customers within SpaceX
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Collaborate with teams to improve troubleshooting workflows
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and help center content

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years in front-line customer support
• Fluent in English and Greek
