💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex delivery programs within the Actimize Professional Services organization, managing global stakeholders and ensuring successful execution across multiple streams. Your work will drive end-to-end delivery excellence for mission-critical AML and compliance solutions at global financial institutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end program delivery lifecycle including requirements, testing, and deployment
• Govern large-scale multi-stream programs ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
• Act as primary interface between business, technical teams, and Global Talent Center
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and provide executive-level reporting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years overall experience in IT services/technology delivery
• 5+ years project/program management experience
• Mandatory experience managing large-scale enterprise cloud-based projects
• PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NICE Actimize implementations or programs
• Exposure to AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance platforms
