Description

As a Staff Electrical Test Engineer at Lightmatter, you will develop ATE test strategies for silicon photonics products, collaborate with cross-functional teams for test coverage and debug, and drive HVM ramp and cost reduction. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI data center infrastructure.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years ATE test development with Advantest V93000 or Teradyne
• Proficient in Python or Java scripting
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ATE test solutions for silicon photonics products
• Develop characterization and manufacturing test plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for debug and correlation
• Work with OSAT/vendors for test software and hardware
• Lead test time reduction for HVM ramp
