Description

You will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB customers, guiding them on best practices and technology strategy to accelerate their time-to-value and growth. You'll own customer portfolios, mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes and build the Customer Success program.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
  • 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for enterprise accounts
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for databases and cloud technology
  • Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions
  • Prior experience with database, cloud, or infrastructure technology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Manage customer portfolio health, revenue realization, and account planning
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and align with C-suite stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison between customers and product engineering to influence product roadmap
