In this foundational leadership role, you will anchor CitySwift's presence in Mainland Europe by building trusted relationships with French transport operators and authorities, guiding early partnerships and ensuring customers achieve clear operational and strategic value.

Requirements

• French speaking
• Experience in operator-facing leadership role
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Experience in public transport or related industry

Responsibilities

• Act as senior CitySwift representative for French transport operators and authorities
• Build peer-level relationships with executive, commercial, strategy and performance leaders
• Lead early partnership discussions shaping engagement models
• Support development of first French customer accounts from engagement through onboarding
• Help define success criteria with customers based on performance, reliability, cost and service quality
