You'll own and optimize Valon's data infrastructure, building custom ingestion pipelines and scalable data architectures. You'll be the data team's infrastructure quarterback, ensuring performance and reliability as we grow. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize core data infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
• Design and extend multi-tenant data architectures for scalability
• Build and maintain custom data ingestion pipelines
• Establish observability tooling for pipeline health and data quality

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of data engineering experience
• 2+ years in early- to mid-stage startup
• Deep knowledge of dbt or comparable tooling
• Mastery of SQL from functionality and performance perspective

• Experience with BigQuery
• Experience with Looker
• Past experience as a data analyst or data scientist
