You'll manage customer retention, growth, and strategic alignment across assigned accounts in the higher education sector. You'll own the full account lifecycle, driving renewals and expansion revenue. This role offers the chance to build executive relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-driven presentations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience in SaaS.
• Proven ability to manage a large book of business with multiple accounts.
• Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer goals.
