You'll own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of positions and partner with hiring teams on talent needs. You'll review applications, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment lifecycle from interview to offer acceptance. This role contributes strategically to the team's talent position and supports a growing community of over 1,400 employees.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and execute full-cycle recruitment
- Review applications, source candidates, and conduct behavioral and skillset-based interviews
- Manage candidate and hiring team experience through high-touch communication
- Leverage market knowledge to recommend pivots in recruiting strategy
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with full-cycle recruitment on a variety of roles
- Ability to evaluate candidates on role requirements and cultural fit
- Experience working with hiring leaders to translate job needs into search strategies
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools like Lever, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter
