Description

As a Senior Product Content Writer at Gong, you will own and manage UX writing, documentation, and content strategy for your product pillar. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear microcopy, help center articles, and user assistance, shaping the content model for a leading revenue intelligence platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing microcopy and Help Center content
• Native-level English writing skills
• Ability to adapt tone and voice for different customer personas
• Self-starter requiring minimal management handholding
• Quick learner and natural researcher

Responsibilities

• Own and manage content needs for your product pillar
• Work with cross-functional teams to create concise microcopy and UX/UI content
• Support documentation of Help Center articles
• Create user assistance including product tours and sidebar content
• Define and maintain the Content Team Style Guide and design system
