You'll lead the design and development of production-grade AI/ML systems for a B2B SaaS platform. You'll drive system architecture decisions, context engineering strategies, and agent-based systems while mentoring senior engineers. This role offers the chance to shape multi-quarter AI strategy and raise the organization's AI maturity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of AI/ML systems from problem framing to deployment
• Drive system and architecture decisions for AI and ML platforms
• Architect agent-based systems including interaction models and failure handling
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI and agent behavior
• Mentor senior engineers and data scientists on AI system design

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience across AI, ML, and software engineering roles
• Strong coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java
• Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production
• Deep expertise in context engineering for LLM-based systems under constraints

• Experience with Big Data or streaming systems like Spark, Kafka, Airflow
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems on major cloud platforms
• Proven ability to lead influence and drive cross-team initiatives
